Introduction
Leah Carter offers a simple and convenient warranty service. You can check the warranty information in the product listing or contact us to confirm by sending your order receipt to Support@LeahCarter.shop.
The limited warranty provided by the manufacturer does not affect the potential statutory warranty required by law in any way.
30-day no-questions-asked money back guarantee
If the product is not damaged, you can return it for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date the product is delivered to the specified delivery address. The refund process will begin after the returned product is delivered to the Ultenic warehouse for inspection.
The return must include all accessories
● The product must include the original packaging
● For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
● For non-quality-related warranty claims, Leah Carter will refund the cost of the product itself
● If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected
The refund application for the 30-day money back guarantee is valid for 30 days after the warranty claim is made. Products that exceed the 30-day money back guarantee period will not be able to process refund applications for non-quality issues. For items not purchased directly through the Ultenic online store, please contact the retailer to request a refund. For quality issues, please see below.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
Items sold directly by Leah Carter or an authorized Leah Carter dealer are fully warranted against all quality-related defects from the date of purchase.
Leah Carter's limited warranty is limited to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void for items purchased outside of the original country of purchase, or for items shipped directly through authorized online purchases.
Quality-related warranty claims arising from products purchased through Leah Carter authorized distributors and retailers are processed by Leah Carter.
For quality-related warranty claims, the item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value if available, otherwise a new item will be sent.
All replacements will be warranted for the same period as the original defective product, or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer. Warranty is voided upon full refund of the product.
Process:
Buyer must provide adequate proof of purchase
● Leah Carter must document what happened when the buyer troubleshoots the product
● Defective product serial number and/or visible proof describing the defect is required
● Product may need to be returned for quality inspection
Valid proof of purchase:
Order number for online purchase through Leah Carter or an authorized Leah Carter dealer
● Sales invoice
● Dated sales receipt from an authorized Ultenic dealer showing a description of the product and its price
Please note that multiple types of proof of purchase (such as a money order receipt and confirmation of the address the item was originally shipped to) may be required to process a warranty claim.
Product defect warranty claims are valid for 90 days from the date the warranty claim is filed. Warranty claims cannot be processed for items that have exceeded the original warranty period or the 90-day warranty claim filing period, whichever is longer.
Shipping costs must be paid by the buyer in the following cases:
Products returned for any reason other than a proven defect
● Warranty claims for items obtained outside of the original country of purchase
● Unexpected returns by the buyer
● Return of personal items
● Return of items claimed to be defective but found to be in working order by Leah Carter quality control
● Return of defective items via international shipping
● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any return made outside of the approved warranty process)
Not covered by warranty:
Products without sufficient proof of purchase
● Lost or stolen products
● Items that have expired under warranty
● Non-quality issues (30 days after purchase)
● Free products
● Repaired by a third party
● External damage
● Damage caused by product misuse (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper handling)
● Purchased from an unauthorized dealer
Leah Carter is not responsible for:
Data loss resulting from use of Leah Carter products
Return of personal items shipped to Leah Carter
If the returned item has a Leah Leah Carter provides a prepaid shipping label, and Leah Carter will be responsible for any damage or loss in transit. If the returned merchandise is not quality-related, the buyer will be responsible for any damage or loss in transit. Leah Carter does not provide refunds for merchandise damaged in transit due to non-quality warranty claims.
