Your Account Information: You provide your email address, or log in to a third-party account (such as Facebook) to create an online or application account ("Account") or subscribe to our newsletter. If you refuse to provide such information, you may not be able to use the Services properly. When you create an account, you may be asked to enter certain information, such as: your name, profile picture, age, gender, address, phone number, and email address.
Payment Information; Third-Party Payment Processors: We use a third-party payment processor (currently Paypal) to help securely process your personally identifiable payment information. When you place an order through the Service, the credit card information you provide is encrypted and transmitted directly to Paypal. We do not store your credit card information and do not control and are not responsible for Paypal or its collection or use of your information. Customer Support: When you contact us, you may provide us with information about your use of the Service, including information about the Leah Carter and/or consumer products you own ("Products") and contact information, so that we can provide customer support.
Your Voice: When you use one of our voice-assisted technology-enabled products, with your permission, your voice is captured by that product and then transmitted by that product back to your selected third-party account ("Third-Party Account") service in the form of commands (e.g., Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant commands) and communicates the requested information to you.
Product Monitoring: We collect information about how you set up and use our products, such as: features used; actions performed; the time, frequency and duration of your activities within the Service, and any unique identifiers associated with your product. For example, we collect the time period you connected your product to the application and the last time you connected, as well as the actions you use in the account, settings and other features of our products.
Service Use: We collect information stored and reported by the product as part of the service. In addition, when you schedule to use our products, we save your settings.
Image and Biometric Information: If you choose to enable image and biometric features in our products, we will collect and process certain information collected from our products, such as facial images and underlying facial fingerprints. This information enables your products to recognize familiar faces and notify you of familiar and unfamiliar people. These features also allow you to use the services to create and save video or photo images of individuals. Depending on where you live and how you have configured your products and services, you may need to obtain explicit consent before using our products to create and save video or photo images and/or scan and match people's faces.
Device Properties and Actions: We collect certain information about your smartphone, tablet or personal computer ("Device"), such as device number, model, hardware and software versions, signal strength, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and other information. We also collect information about actions you perform on your Device, such as the time, frequency, and duration of use.
Device Signals: We collect information sent or received by your Device to provide personalized services to users in different regions, such as geographic location, IP address, and external hardware information in your Device about surrounding Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cell towers. You can enable or disable the transmission of this information to us by adjusting the security and privacy settings of your Device.
Server Logs: Server logs are lists of activities performed by servers. Leah Carter's servers automatically collect and store certain information, such as your search queries, IP address, hardware settings, browser type, date and time of browser request, referring URL, and certain cookies that are used to identify your browser or account.
Web Beacons: A web beacon (also known as a pixel tag or clear GIF) is a computer code that transmits information about your device to a server. Some of Ultenic's services and communications may contain embedded web beacons that allow a server to read certain types of information from your device, such as: the number of people who have viewed a particular piece of content, when you opened an email, and your device's IP address. Web beacons help Leah Carter develop statistics to provide better, more personalized content.

We collect and use information obtained from Facebook, Google, Amazon, and other accounts you use to log into the Services (“Third-Party Accounts”), such as: your name, username or nickname, date of birth, photo, and other details you may have in your Third-Party Account profile. We do not have access to your Third-Party Account passwords.
You can withdraw your consent for us to collect, use, and/or disclose your personally identifiable information by submitting a request to Support@LeahCarter.shop or following the instructions below for deleting your account. Depending on the extent of your withdrawal of consent, the functionality of your account, products and services may be affected, including the inability to access or use your account, products and/or services.

Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers after the transaction is completed.
