Leah Carter offers a straightforward warranty that is handled in the most hassle-free manner. All products purchased from our online store come with a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. We allow consumers to initiate an order cancellation request before the shipping date. In addition, we also provide a one-year warranty as stated in the warranty policy, starting from the date you place your order.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You will receive a full refund if you provide us with the following information:
Original receipt & original packaging & all accessories originally included with the product & within 30 days of the delivery date & no refurbished products & no intentional cosmetic modifications or damage that may affect resale, refurbishment, repair or usability.
A full refund may include a full cash refund, product replacement, or store credit. We will not refund your taxes, commissions, remittance fees, and other fees charged by banks, logistics companies, or any other third parties.
Once we receive the returned product, your refund request will be processed within 7 business days. All refunds will be issued only through the original payment method.
Except in the case of product defects, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on your payment method and the rules of your financial institution, it may take 1-2 settlement cycles for the refund to be credited to your account.
Disclaimer: Items that have been excessively worn, used, damaged or altered and are not suitable for resale will not be refunded or exchanged. Leah Carter will cover return shipping costs if the item is defective.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues:
All quality-related defective items sold directly by Leah Carter or its authorized dealers are fully warranted from the date of purchase. Leah Carter's limited warranty is limited to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void for items purchased outside the original country of purchase or from authorized online purchases.
Quality-related warranty claims for items purchased through Leah Carter authorized dealers and retailers are processed by Leah Carter.
Leah Carter will replace the defective product with a new one if the exchange request is made within 30 days of purchase; Leah Carter will replace the defective product with a factory refurbished model of equal value if the exchange request is made within 30 days of purchase. For defective products that are discontinued or out of production, they will be replaced with the same product (if available) if they are within the warranty period. Otherwise, they will be replaced with an equal or newer model.
The warranty period of all replacements is the same as that of the original defective product. After a full refund, the product warranty becomes void.

Not covered under warranty:
Products without sufficient proof of purchase;
Products lost or stolen;
Items that have expired under warranty;
No quality issues (after 30 days of purchase);
Free products;
Repaired through a third party;
Damage caused by external sources;
Damage caused by improper use of the product (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation of the device);
Purchased from an unauthorized dealer;
Consumable parts such as brushes and filters are not covered under warranty;
Leah Carter is not responsible for:
Loss of data caused by use of Leah Carter products;
Return of personal items sent to Leah Carter;
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Leah Carter, Leah Carter will be responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. Leah Carter does not provide refunds for items damaged in shipping due to non-quality issue warranty claims.
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, we will refund your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
If you do not receive the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. If you have completed all the steps and still have not received the refund, please contact us Support@LeahCarter.shop.
